This is the second time I've been here and both times when I proceed to the restaurant I could hear the employees and the managers talking badly about me. They were very disrespectful and I stood there for 20 min listening to them talk about me to each other. It was extremely unprofessional and in no way should be tolerated at a place of work where you should be treating customers with respect. I can understand a couple employees that are still kids. But for the management to be involved and be that level of unprofessionalism is outrageous. I won't be coming back to this location any time soon out of embarrassment alone

Store manager Simone is truly amazing & inspires her staff to be friendly, helpful and committed to providing a good dining experience. My sister had been picking up Culvers for lunch for herself & my parents once a week throughout the worst of the pandemic. My parents had never eaten at Culver's and were hooked right away! They truly enjoy the burgers, sides and desserts! Once the dining room opened again, they began dining in every Tuesday for lunch. Both of my parents have some minimal mobility issues, so someone always comes out, greets them & holds open the doors for them every time they see my family park just outside the door. Simone always makes a point of saying hello and making sure she has fresh coffee for them. During a visit earlier this year, it was my father's birthday, his 99th. As it turned out, the gentleman working the counter, Martin, was also celebrating his birthday. Martin & Simone went above and beyond to make it a special lunch for my dad, and it truly made my dad's day & he tells everyone about it. Since then, we have had several 'family' lunches at this location when other family members and I are in town visiting, and the staff is always very friendly, kind and makes us feel very welcome. In this era of difficult staffing issues, Simone and her staff are exceptional and provide a great experience every week for my family.

This was my first time visiting a Culver’s since I don’t live in the region. I was blown away by how extremely friendly all of the staff members were! A sweet lady even brought us 4 sample cups of different custards to try because I told her it was our first visit. We had 2 butterburgers, fries, and a chocolate shake and were happy with all of our items.

I love this place & on Saturdays the ice cream pints are buy one get one free. The food just always taste sooo fresh. Their employees are always very polite and helpful. The cashier last Saturday [Mom's Day Weekend] I told her she was very pretty. Her appearance in her uniform along with her bright sparkly attitude & customer service just struck me. SHE SHOULD BE ON A CULVERS COMMERCIAL & IN ADVERTISEMENT...SHE SHOULD BE THE FACE OF CULVERS ALONG WITH THE EVENING MANAGER AT THE NEW LOCATION ON 109TH DOTY ROAD IN CHICAGO. I HAVE AN EYE FOR WHAT SELLS FOR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS WETHER PEOPLE OR PRODUCTS.....These two employees if you ever have the pleasure of being served by them make you want to come back to their restaurant.
