My first call, the worker who picked up was rude. The next time i encountered the same worker, he was rude and stated the prescription that I handed him was missing something. Almost in a condescending way. Now, my brother and I were picking up a prescription for a compression stocking for our mother. Mind you, my brother and I are adopted so our mother's name does not match the asian description that we have. Now. We decided to go back and pay for this stocking out of pocket no need to use the prescription. So once we arrive, this worker, Pedro, proceeds to ask to make a copy of the prescription written by my mother's ER doctor, even though we were NOT using the prescription (which is why we were paying out of pocket) since there was a "code" that the doctor seemed to have "forgotten", I had called one other place earlier and they were more than willing to send it to my mother no fuss but the shipping would be too long. Now, just to let you, we are VERY disappointed in how we were treated. Not cool man. I hate being a "Karen" but this worker's behavior was distasteful, might I say, charmless. Update! My mother just got off the phone with her doctor, seems like Pedro was just being rude when he said there needed to be a "code" on the prescription. I think we can boil it down to him thinking we were just young adults up to no good. Even though, what kinda nefarious things are we gonna do with a thigh high compression sleeve. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Very rude unprofessional people when talking on the phone. I call to see what had happen with my son prescription and he assumption where he did not qualify when I told him to check my son name he then said he is going to receive next week. He did not apologize for the mistake he said to me. Also had to call several times to check on his order.
