Great experience! They are very efficient, everyone is very courteous and patient. My exam was thorough and the Dr. really listened and engaged with me about my care. Beautiful facility also with state of the art equipment.

I've been going here for over 20yrs! Dr Young and his staff are very well trained and nice! The only thing that bothers me is that when you book an appointment and ask how long it will be, add an additional 1 to 1 & a half hrs! They are ALWAYS running late (so they say) no matter when I've had an appointment! I'm disabled and with the Pencap /Lynx ride and need to give them my time of arrival and when the appointment is done. So, if you have a 9am appointment and they say it'll be about an hour... Expect it to take 2+hrs! ALWAYS ALWAYS running late no matter what time you get there!!! Other than that, they're great!!

Although busy they were able to get me in quickly. The staff and doctor were both excellent and friendly. Will remain my eye care provider of choice.

From start to finish, this was a very positive/professional experience. After having two nightmarish experiences at other eye care offices within the past three years, I decided to visit Vision Care. I received a friendly greeting when I walked in the door, felt confident and comfortable with Dr. Chin and am overall very pleased. From when I walked in to when I ended my visit at the optical department (where I received wonderful assistance picking out my new glasses), I was very impressed! :)

If it's a pretty steady constant pain you need to see your eye Dr. Probably sooner rather than later..
