The people who work here are my heroes. My autoimmune diseases leave me in horrific pain, but these guys always help me. It's nice to have an option for pain relief that isn't a narcotic. Dr Mahmoud is excellent at what he does and has a great bedside manner. PA Alan is also fantastic and thorough. The nurses are the best and help keep my anxiety from getting out of control. The lady who does the scheduling and gets the approvals from the insurance companies, Peggy I think, is a miracle worker! She gets approval quickly and is always able to get me in for an injection in a reasonable time frame.

Dr. Mahmoud is kind and explains everything without talking down to you.

My experiences were less than stellar, every appointment was like a new day. Locums that were unfamiliar with my case, therefore a meet and greet with each appointment, which incurred an unnecessary bill. The office staff were unfamiliar with the routine procedure for getting preauthorization for the the required procedure, resulting wasted time trying to resolve issues on my own. The final straw was when a cervical injection felt like an electric shock through my body.

Have you sought a second opinion from a different doctor than Waterman? Trust me, I would!

What happens if the second injection Does not work

You should call your pain doctor and let them know. They will decide what to do next.
