Final installation performed by Danny was a 5 star experience. He is a knowledgeable, courteous and highly skilled professional. There were issues along the way that ultimately were resolved satisfactorily thereby earning an overall 4 star rating. Ramos is recommended.

I want to thank the entire team from sales to install. The moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by Layla who addressed our million questions with professionalism. Gail and Whitney added great input and support as well. We were also impressed with Stephanie's flexibility around scheduling as we had many cabinet-install delays. TJ's detailed templating and lesson on how to care for quartz was invaluable especially since we were replacing granite. The install team upheld Ramos' high standards both in their precision and artistry. Thank you one and all!

I absolutely loved my experience with Ramos Marble & Granite. I'll tell you right now, nobody will treat you better than Layla. She is fantastic. She took her time sifting through the miles of remnants with my wife and I until we found the perfect stone for a small project. Even though the project was small, she made us feel like we were her most important clients. I'm already making plans for my next project and won't hesitate to call Layla.

Family-owned! Responsive! Affordable! I was referred to them by a friend and am thankful for the advice. The Staff at Ramos were polite, pleasant and very helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our smaller project and do so within a very affordable price point. Installation was flawless, and again Ramos staff was polite, on time and done quickly. I highly recommend them if you are looking for A+ service and affordable pricing. Thank you Ramos Marble And Granite.

Cutouts vary by brand, etc. If you have the make/model, I would be happy to help you look up the spec sheet to check the size of the cutout. We recommend getting a replacement that says it will fit the existing cutout size, if it does not and needs to be slightly enlarged, a service call could be scheduled for us to come and enlarge the existing hole. This would cost approx. $180-$300. We do not do the disconnection or reconnection of the appliance. I hope that helps.
Thank you for your inquiry! Typical countertop thickness is 3cm (1 1/4"), but sometimes material comes in 2cm (3/4"). We hope this helps!
