I have shopped in this store for many, many years and they always have done a wonderful job repairing or updating lamps. Recently, I have moved several chandeliers and they came to my home did a thorough cleaning and some repair on site which was very convenient and at a very reasonable price.

Needed a small 5 light chandelier rewired - dropped off and they said 4-6 weeks, I didn’t hear anything from them until I called them after they had had the chandelier for 8 weeks, they said they were backed up. I had to keep chasing them and calling to get an update and at one point they told me they didn’t have the chandelier (it was lost in the back up apparently). I finally called again after it had been 10 weeks and they said they would be working on it the following week. They never called me with an estimate just called and said it was ready to be picked up and then charged us over $200 to rewire a small chandelier light fixture. I never would have paid that much if we had known, we could have just bought a brand new light fixture. They were nice on the phone but I won’t be returning.

I dont work at the shop, but I do deliver their chandaliers or pick them up from your house and bring them there. But I do know that they can fix that issue for you yes
