Nick helped me out immensely today! Last week I had new front tires put on with the intentions of having the rears done after our road trip. A few days later I made the appointment to have the back replaced. Little did I know I selected the wrong tires. I had turned the car over to NTB for the service and they did just as I had instructed them to do and replace the tires. Later that evening we noticed that the fronts didn’t match the backs. I called Saturday morning, explaining what happened to Nick. He was completely understanding of the situation, and said bring it in Monday morning, I’ll order the tires now and we will get it right. This morning I brought the tires in at 8 and was out the door in 25 minutes with the correct tires. Even after I had made the mistake, Nick was prompt to make it right and told me it was on the house. I will be returning for future services and recommending this location to others.
