This review is based on an experience I had with the Manager of the Bedford store while he was working at my local FedEx. I called and spoke to him about a job I had submitted for printing, he knew little about it but said he would look into it and call me back. He did not. Two days later I called again and he said he had found my job and put it out to be printed and that he had emailed me. He did not. At that time he promised me my job was submitted and should be back the following Thursday, Wednesday if I was lucky. So today (Wednesday) I called to find out the status of my print job. A very nice employee answered and I explained who I was and who the print job was for but he could not find any record of it being submitted for printing. It hadn’t been, the Manager of the Bedford office had lied to me again. This print job was due at my clients last week, now it’s going to be 2 weeks late, because this Manager could not be honest. If he had told me the truth I could have pulled the artwork and used another printer. Now I have to explain to my client why his job is two weeks late! I would not use the Bedford FedEx print store and can’t recommend it to anyone. Can’t be trusted to do what they say.

Super rude older man YELLED at me when I went inside at 5:45pm to print ONE paper (a beach pass). It took me all of 60 seconds to enter my code to print 1 paper. As soon as I walked in the door, grumpy man shouts at me "WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES!". I only give them 2 stars because of the convenience of online printing. I have worked in customer service for many years and I have NEVER told a customer WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES. Maybe some people shouldn't work with the public.

Not aware of policies and procedures, which led to me holding up the line. The woman who was working was training, not her fault, so she asked a supervisor who literally told her "we don't deal with these often, so I refuse to memorize how to do them." She had no idea how to handle a COD. Nice way to do business, I won't be holding any further packages at this location.

Well, we don't 'courier' (same day delivery) except WITHIN a certain city. We 'ship' (1,2,3 Express or 1-8 days Ground) (Orlando would be 3 days Ground from here) between cities/towns/countries. There is no fixed rate per lb. You'd also have to know the dimensions of your package and how fast you want it there. Go to Fedex.com or call 800-GOFedex to get the rate. Thanks! We do printing too! :-)
I'm fairly certain they don't have the equipment to do so in shop. But they might be able to scan it and blow it up.
Yes, they are at the other end of the plaza from Whole Foods. The photos with the green roof is the old location and hopefully Google will remove those obsolete photos.
