The groomer here is fantastic. It is always stressful to find a new groomer. She is patient, gentle and caring and her grooming was spot on. Following a much less than desirable grooming in which my animal was cut in two places and traumatized beyond belief, this was a welcome relief. The total experience from booking the appointment, the grooming and scheduling follow ups was perfect. Sierra and I thank you.

We went here to support local as part of a charity donation experience. My daughter wanted to raise money and donations for a local shelter instead of gifts. We came here to buy supplies but just wandered around without being offered help when we actually needed some guidence. We gathered a few essentials at random and then stood waiting at the register and were asked to wait so we did but it still took a bit of time and then a friendly woman did come out and ring us up and she was super friendly. I bet this store is amazing but I just had higher hopes.

The store itself is amazing! Staff are super friendly, the store is clean, well-organized and has everything I need for my dog & cat! The one star deduction was for the grooming. I took my dog in for a full groom. He was in and out within the hour, still wet and he honestly looked no different - and it cost me $90. I much prefer Pet Supplies Plus for grooming! Just to reiterate though, staff are very friendly and I will definitely be back for the shop (just going to skip the grooming next time!).

Staff was super friendly and informative. They had a lot of great products in stock, small animals, reptiles and some birds. All the live pets were receiving excellent care and were in their proper habitats. They did have quite a few friendly rats too. Absolutely made my day to see them all getting such great care.
