Honestly don't know why they have such a low rating. To make a long story short, the employees at this pharmacy truly went above and beyond to get my scripts transferred here, to get something that was out of stock, and to get me the best prices. This all happened the week of July 18th, and I couldn't be more thankful for their staff. The place looks like a mess lol but they truly know what they are doing. I move a lot and have dealt with many pharmacies. **after reading more comments, I am pretty sure there is a new staff. I was also greeted when I walked in 😄

The woman at behind the counter needs more customer service training. She asked me to step in line when I told her I was there for photo and then when it was my turn, she tells me photo is down… like why?? Never coming back to this store

Went in here to pick up my asthma medication as it was a medical emergency. The lack of compassion here is unbelievable. The staff could have easily filled my prescription and check me out but intentionally seemed to NOT want to be helpful. What goes around comes around eventually. Worst most uncaring and unkind staff I ever had to deal with in that pharmacy.

This pharmacy has provided consistently terrible service. I have been going here off and on for over a year and they virtually never have the medication I need in stock. I consistently have to call and remind them to restock it because I actually need this medication to live and function. They are very likely understaffed; I have gone at several times of day and there is almost always a line. I was just waiting on hold for an hour and a half. When I had assumed they had forgotten about me, I hung up and tried again. I got put on hold for another half an hour and then they hung up on me. It would be one thing if this was a restaurant and I could just go to another one whenever I want, but there are not a lot of other pharmacies around that my doctors can send prescriptions to. Every time medications are delayed there is real suffering that happens if people don't have the time, ability, or foresight to stock up on their pills in one way or another. This corporation clearly does not care enough about their basic responsibility to provide people with the medications they need.
