Do not recommend at all. Ever since this location got bought out by "My Eye Dr. " it went downhill. I had an auto pay which stopped going through so I thought my balance was paid for, and they sent me to collections with absolutely no notice (and for way more than what my balance was in the first place). They've messed up multiple glasses prescriptions.The staff is clearly miserable or they don't care to help. It's a typical franchise that just cares about money. If you need to see an opthamologist often, I suggest going with a privately owned business .

I went in on a Saturday after a bad experience at another place. Elizabeth helped me and she was wonderful. Straightforward, kind and understanding. She answered all my questions honestly and helped me make the best decision for what I needed. After my experience with Elizabeth I will be returning with my whole family for all our eye glass needs.

probably ok if you are not having any issues with your eyes. My vision has recently changed and I expressed concern and had a lot of questions. The exam was extremely rushed, with nothing explained when I questioned it (e..g. what does seeing "x" mean). The doctor and staff were not rude, but I really felt like I was on a time-limit assembly line during the exam. I'm a fast-paced person, so for me to feel rushed is extremely rare. Once I was ejected from the exam stage, everything calmed down when it came to purchasing frames. Now they were concerned with showing me frames rather than getting me out the door. At that point, every red flag and alarm was going off in my head. Those alarms are there to indicate that I am not in a "good situation" and that I need to remove myself from that immediately. I did just that. Upon doing some research online (because it did not seem normal), apparently it is the way some eye care businesses operate. They rush you through the exam, and hand you a prescription so you can purchase frames right away. Overall, it was a horribly disappointing experience for me. I left with concerns about my vision, questions unanswered, and no solution. This is not good health practice in my opinion.

I went to this doctor for about two years. You see a different doctor almost every time you go in. Most recently, I went in because I had a contact rip in my eye and lost about 1/3 of the contact in my eye. I went in to have them help me remove it, where they had two providers look at my eye. Both said that there was nothing in my eye. They told me there was a ‘scratch.’ I went home feeling still as though something was in my eye and a few hours later ended up finding the missing piece that they told me wasn’t in there. I ended up getting a bill (even though they never checked me in or confirmed my insurance). I tried calling the manager multiple times and no one has ever called me back. Frankly, shameful on a customer service end, I left this office, and I will never go back.
