I had a good experience with these folks, I spilled coffee on a laptop and though the laptop was toast, they were able to wipe the hard drive and get me a copy of it and charged what I thought was a fair price for doing it. Vince is very friendly and very easy to deal with.

So I recently went to Ace Computer because I had a failed BIOS in my machine. Vince was very welcoming and a day later he gave me a free estimate on how much it was going to cost to get my machine repaired. Unfortunately Vince told me a few days later that the motherboard was far gone. I was very concerned because I needed some of my files for a large project that I am in the process of doing. Thankfully Vince was able to transfer all of my files that was stored on the Hard Disk Drive to a Flash Drive, which resolved all of my concerns about losing my project files. He was nice enough to download a specific folder that was imperative to my project on an extra flash drive which took till twenty minutes after he was closed. I greatly appreciate that very much. Vince is an amazing guy, very kind, and professional. He gives a VERY reasonable estimate on how much it would cost to have my machine serviced/repaired. I definitely recommend you to take your computer or laptop over to Vince. He can figure out just about any computer issue! I will definitely be coming back to Ace Computer in the future if I have any further computer issues!

I called Ace Computer to ask if they would be able to repair a laser printer that I have had in use for a few years. I was told Ace Computer would diagnose the issue for no charge. I was told I would have the report within 24 hours. I was not sure what to expect but I did drop my printer off. As promised I was called the next day with the report. I was told I could have the repair completed for $200 parts and labor. I knew I could by a new printer for $300. I was given great advise and was not pressured to make a decision. After shopping around I found I could purchase a new printer for $269 on sale. I call Ace Computer and was told that was a good decision. I stopped by to pick up the cartridges from the old printer. I asked what I owed. I was told no charge. This has been an amazing experience. I highly recommend Ace Computer and I will contact them in the future with any Computer or Print Needs ##OneVeryHappyClientOfAceComputer

Yes we do. Of course initially we will assess the damage and the cost of repairs for free. We will walk you through your options in case it's not worth repairing. We can recover your data as well If the it's not worth repairing.
