You can just walk in. If it's your first time just have your ID social security card and I think a piece of mail with your address on it. The first time you're there they'll do a physical which takes probably about 20 minutes... after that you're good to go.

Im not sure about the men, but, the lady- ummm, person, at front desk, was entirely rude. I would NOT recommend this place, to my worst enemy.
