I must say how I love this pet supplies plus they always well stocked also the only place I have found harness /clothes for a 4 pound puppy . I also love how clean they always are . Stuff super sweet and helpful. And grooming I must say is amazing with my dogs Jennifer has been my groomer since day one with my Pom/pomsky she has always cut their hair just as I have asked and never over cut which I love . Great place .

The store is an absolute mess, disaster and most unprofessional place I’ve ever been! Meanwhile, you aren’t teaching these kids that are working there any customer service skills or actual good work habits or work ethic! They know nothing about products. They make no attempt to be helpful or even look your way while shopping. I helped a customer in there one day because she was walking around lost and had no idea where to begin! She was passed by workers multiple times. At least enforce holding the workers accountable on how to help a customer being waited on with an issue instead of sitting on the counters and playing with their phones. Maybe go clean and organize this dump! Is there any managers in this store??? My card would not work in their machine I said any idea why or what I should do the kid wouldn’t even look my way mind you he was waiting on me and just said I don’t know. No help, No care, no effort, no looking into it, nothing!!!!! Not the first terrible encounter there
