We thought the house was absolutely beautiful and enjoyed our stay. However, we were very disappointed by the time it took to correct the issue with the hot water and also the pool temperature. We notified the management office on Tuesday and the matter was not corrected until Thursday, two days later. Even more disappointing is that the maintenance team was not even notified until Thursday when we told the pool gentlemen that we had no hot water. He responded saying “that was news to him, and he will get someone over right away.” Shortly thereafter, there was hot water again and the pool was finally heated - albeit back to a warm temp a day later, the day we were checking out.

We just returned from our stay in Siesta Key and the experience was incredibly fantastic. Through all of the planning stages, Sara, Eva, and the staff were so very helpful. The home at 105 Columbus was beautiful. The pool was so much fun for our grandchildren, and the location of the house was perfect...1 block to the beach and 1 block to town. The home was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one could need. We really had no issues...and that is unusual when travelling with a party of 9 in the family. Having rented bicycles and golf carts based on the recommendations of Siesta Key Luxury Properties, we were able to take advantage of nearby parks and biking trails. Sunset was a special moment every night! We give our highest recommendation to Siesta Key Luxury Properties, and we look forward to returning next year!!!

I am so glad we chose The Plaza for our family vacation! I give this home a 10 Star review for sure. We were very happy with the communication from our host, who was very friendly and helpful. The home is absolutely beautiful, and makes you feel at home right away. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own private space, and also to gather comfortably in the common areas. The Roof access is perfect for observing sunsets! One of our favorite features was the Large Hot Tub, and Heated Pool. Features such as the wading pool and stream were a huge hit for the small children. It is very conveniently located, a short walking distance from the Village with cute shops, live music, and restaurants and even a local grocery store. Publix is just a few minutes drive away. Having the beach access directly across the street was so convenient as well, and having the wagon and beach chairs helped so much. I definitely recommend this place to stay, and hope to visit again in the future.

Me and my family had a wonderful trip to Siesta Key. We stayed at The Mahi and Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties mad everything a breeze from check-in to check-out. The Mahi was awesome. It was very spacious with a big back yard for the kids to run around in. The beach was less than a 3 minute walk and anything else you would need is less than 5 minutes on foot. We have recommended The Mahi to many friends and family and its their go to vacation rental in Siesta Key now. This is now the only place we stay. 5 stars all the way!
