I don't know if we came on a bad day, or what, but our experience here was awful. We walked in for pedicures at 1:30 PM, and there were three people working and four guests. We figured there would be a small wait, but that was okay with us. One of the men told us to sit and pick a color, and handed us a color book. 20 minutes later, he finally put water in the pedicure chairs and sat us next to each other. 20 minutes after that, he asked what color we wanted. When we told him, he said we weren't allowed to get those colors and to pick another one? So we did. After 45 minutes, one of the men came over and began my mom's pedicure--she was in actual pain and kept wincing and pulling her foot back. After he'd done part of her pedicure, he put it back in to soak and left to go finish someone else's pedicure without a word. We were there for an hour and a half--nobody touched my feet, and my mom didn't even get polish, lotion, or a heat wrap before we had to go so she could catch her flight. We won't be returning.

Nice enough, not very sanitary. They dont sanitize or use new tools with pedicures from one customer to the next. they just put it in their bucket- raw and rinse it in the water you've been soaking your feet in - then use it on you. tubs are also not lined with plastic so not sure if they are cleaned one customer to the next. They do pay attention to detail on nail design though. 2.5 stars.
