Sea Foam - Unit 173 is newly renovated and perfect for a couple with a small child. The owners did a good job renovating this property with new appliances and furnishings. There is a courtyard with tables and chairs, grills, and chase lounges shared between the other 5 units in this building. It is in a great location with beach Access 3 just around the corner and Siesta Key Village less than 2 blocks away. The unit has a firm yet comfortable king size bed and a sectional sofa that turns into a bed in the living area. The bathroom is spacious with good shower and adequate storage. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, but the dining table and chairs was a little too big for the unit. The owners provided a starter set of consumables, use of beach chairs, beach towels and a reserved parking space. We recommend this unit for your trip to Siesta Key.

Our family had a great time staying at the Monarch Villa in Siesta Key. The house was very clean and the location is awesome, just cross the street to reach the beach access. Loved the structures of this house especially the balconies. We could see the beach on the top balcony of the master bedroom. One of the toilet was broken but repair was very quick within 1/2 hr. The pool was shared but we didnt have any problem. We loved how all detergent and handsoap were provided for the dishwasher, the washer and the kitchen sink, and all bathrooms, unlike some of the properties we stayed in the past. There are plenty of beach towels. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

This was our first time renting from Cottages on the Key and to say our experience was outstanding is an understatement. The house was clean and impeccable. It had everything we needed and extra things you wouldn’t think to bring. There was soft music and personalized cupcakes when we got there. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, corn hole, beach caddy, laundry detergent, garbage bags and all the extras you really need at the beach. The location was wonderful. The house was completely updated. My sisters family was staying in a different house, not associated with cottages on the key, and it flooded while we were there and they immediately took action and found her another place within one of their rentals during spring break week. They saved us!! We would absolutely rent from them again.

Booked a two unit rental for family vacation. Each unit had a pool. The units were separate but connected with a walk way so family was together but still had space. They were extremely responsive to inquiries before and after we booked. The units had everything one could need for a getaway including beach chairs and beach towels for visiting the beach. Units had privacy fence which allowed for peace and quiet and enjoying the pools without disturbing the neighbors. Can't say enough good things about the management. Extremely responsive. Will definitely be renting from them again.
