Last time I went fishing I used night crawlers didn't catch much wrong time of day to be going fishing but still loved it,it's very peaceful and beautiful plus a great place for a picnic. However watch out for the hornets around certain area's they kept coming close to stinging us but we managed to avoid that from happening.

Love this place!! No bites, didn't catch any fish. Great place to see gators!!

Tenoroc is a fantastic place with a variety of ways to enjoy. They have a shooting range, multiple ponds that have been overseen to hold monster bass, and even a fishing pier for kids. The lakes are part of the old phosphate mining operation and can reach depths of 50 ft in places with steep banks. It is truly a unique fishing experience. The lakes are limited on access with everyone required to check in at the ranger station. This helps keep the pressure down and with the lakes being catch and release the big bass are always present. One word of caution, have your nerves under control, there are a ton of large alligators throughout. You will be near them and while they don't tend to bother anyone it can be unnerving to look over and spot a 10' gator swimming alongside your kayak. Bring plenty of water and enjoy this unique fishing opportunity.

Yes no matter what kind of license you have you have to check in with the office so that they know that you're there and everything's up to par.
Yes, it's open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
I saw kayaks on a rack near the check-in but I'm not sure. Best to call them.
No not at all!
Ok bummer thank you
$15 a day. And yes they have 20ga rentals
Negative
It's $3 per day per person
I launch my 18 foot nitro in a couple of lakes there with no problem. There are many lakes to fish with restrictions on most ( trolling motor only. Idle speed , Jon boats only ) definitely no skiing or jet skis......
I've seen leashed dogs there, but I'm not familiar with their policy.
Currently the park is only on weekends and they do have restrooms.
There should be a number that you can call for either the WMA or at the shooting range. They hear from anglers coming in and out and might be able to direct you to the best locations. Tenoroc has quite a bit of bank accessible fishing spots.
Is this for fishing or shooting. Fishing you need your fishing license, shooting you need nothing
Yes, everyone that enters needs a fishing license. well except for children under a certain age and I'm not sure what that is.

$3 per day. Not sure about the boat or kayak fee. At the moment they have the fees waived.
I dont think so.probably not.
their just not, these lakes haven't been maintained as well as they should be but they are a great place to fish
U have to sign in so they know u on property cause if anything happens they know the area to start searching
They are open Friday through Monday.
Shiners,yes
Derby also is a youth lake, catch and release only. You must have someone under 16 with you to fish derby. 6 am open.
Yes they are
Yes, at check point they will issue a blank visitor ticket so you could drive around and check the lakes...all you need is a photo ID. Don't take fishing equipment with you...
I do not believe neither one of you need licenses but you can check with the office when you check in to Tenoroc
You would have to call to find out if that's still the name. But yes back in the day that is what we called it. Been awhile since I've been out there so I'm not quite sure. Wish I could help more.
Probably not.
Tenoroc fish management office has directions on goggle maps. It's 3.00 per day and a permit is needed for every lake you want to fish, you can get a new permit all though the day from the management office you just have to get a new permit for the new lake you want to fish. Hope this helps you out tight line's friend.
You check in at their office. Decide which pit you'd like to fish. They keep your fishing license and give you a badge (permit) for that pit. When you check out at the office, they get the badge, you get your license. Good luck.
I'm not sure but you can call the office an ask.
