Had a so so visit to JC Penny. The initial sales clerk was very helpful but when I went to check out my shoes didn't come up as on sale the checkout clerk didn't want to call the shoe department to verify that they were on sale. When she finally did the women in the shoe department delayed in responding over the radio. At that point the checkout clerk stated I'm not responding because she didn't answer me right of way. I could not believe the childish response from a grown women doing a customer service job. Very disappointed in the quality of clerks in Pennys.

I love the quality of JCPenney's clothes. They are having the best sales right now so it's a good time to try them if you've never shopped there before. I don't like all the styles but my favorites are there too. I love their towels, sheets, sketches, jewelry, dishes, glasses, pillows, and ect. Like I said I really do love JCPenney.

I came looking for work clothes today as JCPENNYS is the only place in town with decent prices & a Big & Tall section. Ramona was my cashier and made my entire day with her fantastic attitude and customer service. She was incredibly helpful and a true asset to your team.
