Took returns back today. Both associates at the customer service were working fast and efficiently to serve the customers. They were friendly and helpful. When I went to shop, the check out lines are over 20 people deep with only 2 associates at the checkouts. I chose not to shop and stand in a long line.

Great selection of clothes and easy returns. A fun shopping experience. As someone who needs shirts that are a little longer than normal, the big and tall section at Kohl's offers a better selection than other stores.

With only 2 or 3 clerks/cashiers in the entire store,, and less than a dozen customers, this huge store felt empty. There were 2 different styles of women's clothing -- ruffly Little House on the Prairie calico dresses, and masculine denim/cotton wear for women. The prices were astonishing. $50 shoes I could buy for $20 at a different store, etc. But it was quiet, clean, and organized. I guess shopping online has decimated real stores. Seems to me the admin of real stores should make accommodations. Hire more cashiers and on-floor help to make the difference between online and real world worth while.

Yes they do
I'm a tall (6'5) and weigh about 225 so I'm a bigger guy and everything seems to fit with plenty of larger size options. So I'd say 'Yes'.
I only had to deal with a Manager once on a pricing error their stockers had made and She honored it without question, and that was 2yrs ago so it may not even be the same person? But, this is also after over 100 visits with only one issue! Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Certin locations do. I always ORDERED from on line. Better selection and usually something is on sale. Especially golf attire
