I wanted to say that I came here the other day to return something and a worker named Jessica or Jennifer, I can’t remember now, but she was so helpful and kind especially considering my two kids were with me screaming and making a scene. So she definitely made my day. This was on June 11th. She was very patient with me and that means a lot. Thank you! 💕

Hot Mess

Customer service sucks at this store. I checked the stores inventory for pickup before I came to make sure my items were in stock. It said there were 3 so I came. I stood in the back of the store in front of the empty shelf for the item for 5 min before calling the front desk. I asked someone to be paged who works in the department. I stood for another 8min before the 6th employee who walked by actually acknowledged my existence and asked if I needed help. Haddy is the employee and she was very helpful. If I was giving her a rating she would get 5 stars. Unfortunately their count was off and they did not have what I needed. As I was walking away another employee asked if I was the person who called the front and if I still needed help lifting something. So the person who I spoke to did not understand what I was asking. She assumed that I needed help putting something in my cart not checking on inventory and didn't radio the correct people to get assistance. So I'm heading to another store, not another Target.

It’s a time old tale- when you walk into a Target, it don’t matter what you went in to buy. You could make a strict list and try not to get distracted grabbing anything outside of it, but no matter how hard you try, you WILL leave Target with more than you planned to. We’ve all been there, still are there, or will be there in the near future. I love me some Target, like most women. It’s overall a pretty great store- they have cute and affordable clothes, a ton of home decor/ furniture, usually a good amount of food and produce, pharmacy and more. Going on a random trip to stroll through Target is a fantastic use of an hour or two. This is one of two Targets in Lakeland, and is the south location. It’s generally a super nice location, as most Targets are known to be. It’s the one I frequent, but I do think the north Lakeland Target is the superior store. This south Target has a really random and small selection of produce, and they just never seem to have the overall stock that the north store does. They are out of random things at random times, so you can almost never conveniently get all you need in one stop if you are doing all your grocery shopping there. Otherwise, this store is awesome. They have a Starbucks, which can be nice if you want a caffeine/ sweet fix. The workers have always been so friendly in my experience, especially Miss Cheryle- she’s a star, and deserves some high praise for how sweet she is!
