TERRIBLE!!! I took my 14 year old here for a haircut since she starts high school very soon. She showed the hair dresser an image of what she wanted, the image showed 360 degree angle of the models hair. The model had long layered hair and wispy bangs. My daughter had been growing her hair for multiple years and told the hair dresser to keep the length. I left to pick up my son from school and when I came back to the salon my daughters hair was above her shoulders! Originally it was at her lower back and her bangs were horrendous! The bangs were not what she wanted AT ALL! The bangs were ABOVE her eyebrows and EXTREMELY THICK! I could tell my daughter was extremely disappointed… as soon as we got in the car she started sobbing, she told me how the hair dresser faced her away from the mirror and told her to take her glasses off so she could hardly see what she was doing… My daughter starts school this Monday and is begging me to let her stay because she does not want to be seen in public with her haircut. Extremely disappointed never coming back.

Really bad! Brought my 11 year old daughter to get a hair cut and long curtain bangs, my daughter has really long hair she hates short hair. Well the lady gave her a super short shoulder length haircut, with regular bangs. So disappointed my daughter cried for two hours
