I had scheduled a recall repair weeks prior to bring truck in for service and recall repair. Assured the parts were going to be in stock and leave it for the day. I get to the dealership that morning and asked if all parts were in and after looking they said NO. I have a service agreement and stayed for oil change. I asked for tire rotation as well. After bringing my truck out I asked if they rotated tires and was then told they don't rotate dually trucks. That is part of my service agreement and I want tire rotation!
