My 3-month nephew went there to get some brain studies. The staff was very unprofessional. It was mostly a waiting game with the staff constantly forgetting to do things, or conveniently waiting till the baby fell asleep just to wake him up. One of the worst OSF hospitals so far.

They staff did a great job even with a large wait list - my child was not seen for sometime but they communicated that well- so the transparency was nice (unity point wait was just as long I cross checked) Jamie my sons nurse was efficient and the resident Stork listened and delivered the care my son needed to get better instantly. The cleanliness is vastly different from the staff - the bathrooms were YUCK and as you can imagine I had to bring my kid in with me and I couldn’t put him down because I didn’t even want his shoes touching ! Jamie you rock !

They were awesome from the front desk lady to the doctor! Thanks for helping my kid!!

Never go to this place, had a horrible experience both times we had to go here. My husband and I (first time parents) had a little issue with our daughter a day after we were released from OSF Saint Mary's in Galesburg IL after she was born. We knew our daughter had jaundice. We simply went there because she had some orangish color in her diaper and we thought maybe it was blood, but weren't forsure. We took her to Peoria and instead of telling us it was just hormonal and little girls will get it, they admitted us and did a bunch of blood drawings and testings, that should of never been done. Then, proceeded to tell us that her Jaundice levels were high (which we already knew, galesburg released us knowing that, which she was getting better every day) and that they wanted to keep her overnight because of slight dehydration. We had an appointment scheduled the next day with our physician at OSF Saint Luke, so we declined the stay. The whole 6 hours we were kept there, after we had to sign papers stating we were refusing to stay, didn't tell us what was in her diaper. The next day, we went to OSF Saint Luke and our physician told us they should have told us right from the get go that it was hormonal and some little girls will get that in their diaper and that they did unnecessary testings. I tried to open a case to get the bill taken care of because it was wrongfully charged and they basically told me I had to pay it and there's nothing they can do about it any further. I 110% don't recommend this facility for any of you or your child's needs. I definately recommend anywhere but here. They will do unnecessary testings just to get your money. My daughter did not need the testings they did and they still want to bill us for them.

Yes sure as long as I can 🥰
I have not seen one in the restrooms I've been in there.
I do not think you can buy them online only in the hospital
Call them. I'm not sure sorry
Several. There is also a Family house and Ronald Mcdonald House Charities to stay at too.
I'm not entirely sure. But you could call and ask!
