We were able to be seat as soon as we came in at the bar outside .. after the rains it was Soooo cool out on the deck .. Hillery and Christa at the bar we very friendly and AMAZING servers... They checked on us often and made sure we had all we needed for our time at Rick's.. dinner was delicious 😋 .. we will sure be back again thank you to all your staff here and all they do and put up with 💙

Great local place for cheap but sweet raw oysters. The Rick's Famous fish sandwich (blackened) is great, so much so I had it twice now. The laid back environment of a beach bar is nice - walk to an open table, flip the service sign and you're on your way. The view is nice and there's a decent amount of covered seating outside. Service is always friendly and the prices are decent. Looking forward to more visits.

Excellent waterfront place! Don't be afraid to order everything! We tried several apps and the fish dinner and enjoyed EVERY bite! Great service as well. Looking forward to going back soon!

Our first visit and we'll be back. It's a fun place right on the Hillsborough River with downtown Tampa in the background. Live music every day. Full bar, wine & beer. The food is priced right and very good. I had the fried oysters and they were the best I've had in years.

There are several different options to sit outside. Covered and uncovered tables and an event space. Right next to the river boat docks are available to park at. You can also launch your boat from the location or rent paddle boards and kayaks
Noone wants to interact with your dog while on vacation.
Winter Formal is today's band. They play from 4-8. We do have oysters. No crawfish today.

They sure do, they don't have much of anything now., is it the person that orders the stock. Having a affair there and had to order food from there menu, the choices really sucked, they were out of over half of the items.
I agree..my boys loved going to Ricks, by boat and by car. In fact just last week I shared a Facebook memory from 10 years ago. It was a picture of my son (who was 10 at the time) and I sitting at one of the outside tables at Rick's on the River. I brought my father-in-law there for lunch last month for the first time and he loved it too!!

The event is not scheduled at Rick's. It is across the street from us at the Rome yard where Metropolitan Ministries is currently at. We do not have tickets.
Yep, $10 and you pay at the bait shop next to the ramp. I think it's open until 4pm. If you go to Davis islands there a free ramp past the airport, as well as ballast point, and picnic island.
Go in to the bay and up the Hillsborough River.
