My husband and I visited Mobility Works last winter to look at handicap vans. We met Paul Bankovich and were very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy, but also his warmth. In my husband's case we had to work with a government contract agent to get a handicap van which has taken until August of this year to finalize. Paul has been very patient and kind and has, I'm sure, gone many extra miles on our behalf. We are very pleased with the van and thank Paul so much for all his help.

In short, we went in with no expectation of making a purchase and Paul quickly found a used vehicle with very low miles, which was perfect for us.
