Had a great experience here! I cracked my phone screen, and put in an online request for quote. They sent me a text the next day with a price and said if I made an appointment I would get $10 off. They told me it would take 30 minutes to fix and it did and the price was exactly what they quoted

I took my phone in because the Zagg screen protector was coming off. James checked it out and suggested we replace it under the lifetime warranty. He didn't have any in stock but was waiting for a shipment. When I contacted him several days later he still didn't have any for my phone . He told me if I got one from the website he would install it for me .I did that and he put it on for me at no charge. He got nothing out of this deal but was very professional and helpful and I wanted to acknowledge that. If I ever need tech repaired he'll be my first stop.
