Supercuts did great on my husband and sons hair! Normally wouldn't go here but definitely will from now on. A great, affordable place to bring the family for haircuts.

Terrible hair cut....dirty salon. Needs a deep clean. Staff is nice. A.c. wasn't working correctly. 90 outside...80 inside. Owner take care of your business.

My husband thought of supercuts as a trusted business and this is the ONLY reason I gave 3/5 (typically these stylists are on point) but today when my man took our baby up here for a fade the woman Catherine was so drunk she was staggering and slurring. When he arrived she went to the bathroom and he had to wait 15 minutes on her. After she came out he said he needed to use the restroom, my son was in the chair and ready for his cut. As soon as Mike went to the restroom he smelt strong alcoholic beverages. He came out and observed her to see she was leaning on my son to keep her balance with blades in her hand. She was nicking him every time she leaned in. My son is a good boy but he was obviously distressed. He almost ripped our son out of the chair and freaked out but he didnt feel like finding another shop open on sunday. Mike did not let her finish the cut or tip, we are typically generous. He left as soon as his head wouldnt be messed up walking out. The other woman working was fine, but this woman needs to be fired. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I am calling corporate to talk about this as well, i cannot believe this. My son doesnt even know what alcohol is, we do not drink. All he knows is that was the worst haircut of his life and that lady was putting pressure on him and nicking his head too much. i asked my 4 yo "how was your haircut" "not good" he is four and can tell something was going on.

Jessica is the heart and soul of this Supercuts. She is confident, professional, well spoken and always smiling. She does what she can to fit you in and does a great job every time. She cleans her station and the hair wash station EVERY single time it’s used. I will recommend Jessica to everyone I know!!
