We had to take our dog to the vet this evening and were given two prescriptions to fill. Upon looking on good RX, one of the prescriptions was over $100. When I went to the pharmacy, it was late but you’d never know it from the attitude of the pharmacist, Hedi. She was amazing. Helped me with Good Rx and getting the best price for me. Never acted frustrated or annoyed whatsoever. I so appreciate all she did for us. She is an asset to the company!! 💕

I don’t think I have ever been so embarrassed at a pharmacy. The pharmacist really made me feel like an idiot, as if I were lying to her. If she had really paid attention to my prescription history, she would have realized some of the things she was saying were inaccurate. She was sarcastic and had a stuck up attitude. This really surprised me because I have never had a bad experience at any Publix. I will not return to this one. One star because the place was very clean.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
