Very rude lady. She used snide remarks and was unfriendly. I just wanted my medication. She also lost my medication and looked through every bun before letting me know she should have to redo it.

I felt that the main manager was untrustworthy, dismissive, and that she faked confusion about my situation. I would urge anyone going there to please take a care before dealing with her.

I have used Publix pharmacies for decades without incident. However this Palmer Ranch site is nearest to my residence and every time I use them I’m reminded why I typically do not as there is always an unprofessional, rude demeanor in the ladies on duty with jab-by, curt or snide and smug remarks. One smug remark provoked me to call the doctor prescribing the medication for which the doctor was puzzled as to why a pharmacist would provide counter information and act as a doctor. An additional incident was rudely asking how she is supposed to look up the script rather than professionally responding possibly with “First/Last name only please,” or “birthdate please.” Alternative professional and positive responses are many. They have presented as inconvenienced do so anything beyond taking a script and ringing it up. I can say such experiences have not occurred at other branches. Social skills and Customer service skills are significantly lacking which is disappointing and unacceptable. Maybe they actually have Aspergers or similar social skills deficits or are actually that unprofessionally rude. Hard to say.

Never had a bad experience here. Professional, kind staff. LGBTQ friendly. Knowledgeable about my meds.
