I have used this pharmacy for some time, and frankly it saddens me to have to write this review. I went into the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, and at the same time requested that they refill a compounded prescription. I told them that I was going out of the country for several weeks and that I would pick it up the day before I left. I called the day I was due to pick it up, and they had neglected to fax it to my doctor for authorization. My doctor is now on vacation, and I am without a much-needed prescription for my trip oversees. I will not be returning...

I love this pharmacy so much. The staff are incredibly kind, caring and passionate. I choose this pharmacy over big brand pharmacies because they treat me like a human, they make eye contact and always greet me with a smile. Whenever there have been errors, its because of the big pharmacies, this is why I recommend this pharmacy to everyone in Sarasota! They care and love!

Unfortunately the clerks and techs here have become very rude. They are much more expensive than other pharmacies.
