Surprisingly pleasant experience! I have been dreading upgrading my phone due to user issues and not even beginning to understand where all of my info in my old phone came from and the fear that I would lose the majority of it. I say the experience was pleasant and that is because of Madison, the store manager. He was patient, informative, and so very helpful! He even had awesome clean humor to keep my two young children entertained who were with me. Very thankful for Madison's willingness to help and his extreme patience!
