I inadvertently went there at the peak time and only waited 5 minutes before I was helped by Gianna. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I did very much appreciate her above and beyond customer service. Thank you so much Gianna!

My T-Mobile phone stopped working because LG has stopped making and supporting phones. The T-Mobile store can't let us buy a new phone and transfer the contents. Not impressed with this. Probably will have be forced to go to a different provider.. And then as I drove away from the store, A code appered on the none working LG phone. The T-Mobile associate had found a way to get around LG. Drove back to the store and within 5 minutes we had a fully functional brand new Samsung working phone with everything from the old phone transferred. This store and it's staff found a way to do something that seemed impossible. Thanks T-Mobile.

Deceiving sale rep here! Gianna was very rude. First off she grabbed my phone and started changing my settings without even asking me. Then she tried to sell things to me like a third line without even informing me of it. When I realized what she was doing I asked her to cancel it. I’m not sure what she did but I am not able to open an account now for another 90 days. It is because of my experience at this particular location that I will choose a different provider all together. Gianna was absolutely horrible!

Be aware about the offers. They sold me that, signing me for a $90 plan whit a free phone, guess what? The plan was $140 per month, after that was a nightmare to cancel my account, a completely loophole going to stores, corporate store and the customer service by the phone. The worst service. I do not recommend it

I would advise anyone to simply not deal with tmobile stores. My experience and every tmobile customer I know was signed up for services under false pretenses and signed up for extra fees we previously declined.
