Dont ever call this store I feel like they leave the phones off the hook so you can't get ahold of them the line is always buisy worst store ever

I would advise anyone to simply not deal with tmobile stores. My experience and every tmobile customer I know was signed up for services under false pretenses and signed up for extra fees we previously declined.
