This place has already charged me $40 since my payment was late when we had to do it online since I kept getting Belton, TX. Ok I got it paid and all caught up and went to get my furbabies so fresh water and they turned it off AGAIN KNOWING I WOULD BE PAYING IT TOMORROW. I guess all that work there is not worried about their customers. If they did they would have adjusted the payment and not charge me. But HELL NO, I still have to pay the extra $40 that I didn’t have. SMDH 🤬

From Orthophosphates to Trihalomethanes, who knows what we in the BHP area are actually drinking. The city of Belton says that all of the issues we are facing with our water supply "is not an emergency", although it is proven that drinking water containing Trihalomethanes (TTHM) in excess of the maximum containment level can be the cause of liver, kidney, & central nervous system issues, along with an increased risk of developing cancer. WHY IS THIS NOT AN EMERGENCY???
