There needs to be an option for no stars.. I am not even sure where to start but they pictures should show clearly how terribly they did my mothers on her shoe repair. They looked better before they did anything to them!! They were supposed to resole and reinforce the strapping. What it appears they did was to slap a sloppy piece of leather/pleather over the top and made a mess of it. It's not on straight. Glue is a mess. Some parts not glued down and material overhangs shoes. We have had many shoes repaired and have never had such a terrible job done. We have used another shoe repair - Tom's has always done great work- but since this place was close to my mother's, We thought it would be convenient for her since she has many shoes and purses she wants renewed. Very disappointed in Midway for the lack of quality repair, no attention to detail and they gave them back to her partially glued and seemed proud of the job. We will be taking them to get them repaired by a professional. Buyer beware!!!
