Excellent Dental Care facility. Staff are friendly and professional. They are always on time. They use the latest equipment and always make sure you are comfortable. I get deep cleaning and they use numbing gel. They offer financial assistance if needed, they offer helpful products and services but no hard sales, and the dentists are the nicest people too. I also got a cracked molar fixed and a crown done and it was practically pain free. I go to the Largo location and it’s always clean and welcoming.

The hygienist was patient mild and just what you need a hygienist to be. The receptionist was good as well. However, the dentist was short and in a hurry. Seemed annoyed with me, not sure why. Another associate was “hanging around” singing and dancing. What!!???

My family and I have been going here for years. After this past experience we will not be returning. I am only speaking for the largo office. The entire operation has just gone drastically down hill. They can never keep a dentist anymore or your apt time. Even though they explode your phone with text messages and phone calls to book/confirm. Don't ever book on a Friday the hygienist never show up. This last time (on a Wed) when I expressed "it is difficult to continue to be a patient when you constantly reschedule our apts" the "office manager" had the audacity to act like I had no right to complain and to really put icing on the cake she told me to have "a blessed day", clearly meant as ef you NOT a blessing. Apparently, she didn't like it when I told her she had a responsibility to take my complaint as a representative of the organization. They have zero respect for your time or your schedule. I work, I have customers and meetings that I am obligated to keep so no I cannot come in tomorrow at noon when our apt is in two hours today! Plus using God as form of being disrespectful is just so gross and over the line... If you are looking for zero respect for your time, your feelings, or consideration for your religion this is the place for you! It takes a lot for me to make the decision to leave somewhere I've been going for yrs. I am a creature of habit and I find routine comforting. I have literally, on top of ins, spent 10-20k at this place between my special cleanings, crown, cavities for the whole family, wisdom teeth removals (3kids). We were literally completed the clearliner evaluation for 3 of us and were about to pay $7200 cash...not anymore, I'm going to take my family and go have a "blessed" day at an office where they value my business!

The whole office staff are very friendly. They work well together and seem to enjoy their job. Dr mike is great, I am sad to hear he is leaving and do wish him the best. Thanks coastal dental for being a great experience.
