My visit far exceeded my expectations. Everyone took really good care of me; I was greeted warmly and was called back in a timely fashion. The staff was professional and courteous. I was even scheduled in for my cleaning while I was there. It was wonderful that they were so flexible to accommodate me. The hygienist, Allen, was wonderful. He had such a gentle hand; he made the procedure practically pain free and he was very patient with me. I had such anxiety coming in for my visit because I've been mistreated and hurt badly at other practices, but Aspen Dental and their staff was great. Ariel at the front desk answered all my questions about my treatment plan and helped me plan ahead. I can't remember the last time I left a dentist's office without crying, so thank you so so much!

I set an appointment for an extraction and was told over the phone to get there early to not take longer of a prosses. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my paper work. As I walked in, in my street cloths, I was given a extremely dirty look before being asked what I was there for. Then my father was happily approached due to him being in his work attire, clear indication of discrimination from the front desk. My appointment was set for noon and I'm still sitting in a waiting room long enough to write this review. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes, I am in physical pain due to my tooth, I was discriminated the moment I walked in and was told that the prosses would take a hour before they could even see if the could extract my tooth. If you are in immediate pain or come from a low income family to not be able to afford an out fit that they don't judge, I would not recommend coming here. I am only still here because I have no choice.

The staff in the back is always so nice but if you’re ever trying to get info or have to leave a voicemail don’t expect a call back from the front. I have been calling for days just to find out if my Invisalign has come in and left multiple messages just to have a yes or a no. & this is not a new issue. I came here years ago and it was the same thing.

I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Katz. She is just amazing. From her personality, kindness to her well done detailed dental work. I had a tooth extracted yesterday and to say the least it was very infected & complicated. She treated me with so much patience & made sure I was not in pain. Took all little steps to make sure job was done correct. Today I am feeling very mild pain compared to what I thought I would be feeling. Couldn't be more thankful with how it turned out! Thank you DR. KATZ!! 💓
