Tried to cancel my membership when I moved out of state in May and was told that I had to finish out my year and that my plan would end in August. Ended up not canceling my plan like they said and charged me for 5 months after and im out almost $200. Manager says it's my fault the employee gave me wrong information and that I didn't notice the charges sooner.

Small... If I had other options closer, I wouldn't hesitate. Staff is good, though I feel like the owner isn't giving 100%. It's just okay... Limited times and equipment.
