One of my favorite places to dine in the Hudson Valley. Cozy, intimate atmosphere; the owners can often be found engaging with guests at the bar or checking in on tables. Great cocktail combinations and flavorful appetizers and entrees. Jamie and Chef Marcus do an excellent job tantalizing your taste buds and keeping you coming back for more with daily specials. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed many meals here. I recently enjoy a strip steak there for my birthday. My husband had a fig pizza, both were excellent. On that occasion we also had some grilled asparagus and it was absolutely outstanding. Aroma Thyme is one of the best restaurants in the area. They have a great selection of spirits and an excellent bartender.

The atmosphere inside is great, a fun, lively vibe with live music. We sat out the back as we had our dog. Great, friendly and welcoming service. We had the burger which was tasty but not amazing. Unfortunately they took 55 minutes to get to us and we'd nearly drunk our bottle of wine but a nice experience apart from that.

Amazing Farm to Table restaurant in Upstate New York. Great ambiance, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. When my friend and I last visited, they were about to close early but stayed open to serve us. The food here is delicious and reasonably priced. I really appreciate the fact that they look for high-quality sources for their food (like grass-fed steak and wild-caught Alaskan salmon). So if you're into eating healthful organic foods, then this is your place. We will be coming back here next time we're in the area.
