One of the over all worst experiences. I was “greeted” by one of the most abhorrent rude woman I have had ever come in contact with. After being demanded to was my hands (sorry didn’t see a sign telling me to do so, I would have if I saw any instructions!) I was then directed and berated because I didn’t know which hallway to go down. I was so stressed but being yelled at by the older woman at the front desk, I entered my exam in absolute full tears. During my exam I was gifted with hearing the same woman yell at various other test takers in the room for the smallest issues. Please, if you want a good experience, go to a different location, or simply avoid Pearson all together.
