We were in need of a mobility van for our mother - after looking locally and being very disappointed with the prices and quality I found Mobility Express through a Google search. I can't say what a fantastic experience we had from start to finish. ME even drove the van to an independent garage for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Daniel from ME was extremely helpful in providing guidance and support as we made our final decision on a van. We have now been using the van for a few weeks and it has been a game changer in terms of our ability to provide care for our mom. Michele made the paperwork process easy and quick. In late May of 2022 I purchased a 1998 Toyota 4Runner from Mobility Express. The truck had a complete makeover new paint and bodywork,it looked great. This was my first vehicle purchase ever and it was very easy and straight forward. Fares and Michele were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process! They sent everything promptly, responded to emails quickly, and a enabled me to pick up the car the same week I purchased it. After receiving the truck I drove it 9hrs back home and am happy to say there were no issues at all. The truck drove great and turned heads wherever I was. I took it off-roading a short while after I got home and really pushed the limits of the vehicle and just fell more in love with it. It was truly one of the easiest exchanges I have been part of and as a first time buyer of a vehicle there were no hassles involved. Thanks Mobility Express!

What great customer service I received from the New Port Richey Mobility Express. It was a pleasure as always working with Daniel the service manager and the technician Steve. Steve went above and beyond helping my lift working even though he was super busy. Thanks for the great service and getting me going until the new part came in. You guys are the best!!
