We went to the La-Z-Boy gallery in New Port Richey FL and were greeted at the entrance by Chris D. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as he looked up prices, availability, delivery information and more. He listened and offered options on fabric and upgrades that met our needs. There was no sales pressure, just help. He gave us the room, time, and ability to explore. We made our decision about a week later and were delighted when Chris applied several discounts for us. We are now waiting for delivery. Good service. Chris is a great asset to La-Z-Boy.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited 11 months for a chair I ordered and paid for in advance. They never called to give me any real updates and each time I called they had no information as to when I could expect it. The store manager is useless when it comes to handling problems. She wouldn’t call me for anything. Finally my husband called and they were able to explain the delay and offered a refund immediately. Funny how they wouldn’t do that when a female customer called but when a male customer called they were full of answers. Horrible company to deal with. I would have given zero stars if that was possible. Don’t waste your time or money.
