I want to state my first experience started very positive. It was great to walk into a gun/ammunition shop and not be ignored, I received immediate assistance and guidance. Great to find available ammunition without having to pay high shipping costs. My problem however, is I purchased what I thought was a higher round clip for my Glock 43 only to get home and notice the clip was for a Glock 43X. I admit the mistake was mine. However, upon my return to AJ's hoping to make an exchange for the correct clip it wasn't available, I asked for a clip for a different weapon I own, also not available. So, I asked if I can simply return the clip for a refund, I was told "Sorry, all sales are final" AJ's lost all my future business over a $25.00 refund versus the $100 worth of ammo that went with my original purchase. My experience will be shared with all my gun owning friends as well. My mistaken purchase was minor compared to their mistake.

Stopped in today for my first time looking into hand guns. Was met by Zach and Mike who were amazing to talk with and learn from. Would highly recommend doing business here with this family owned local all-American business. I’ve got some more research to do, but if/when I’m ready I’ll be bringing my business here. Thanks guys!
