I'd give 7 stars if I could. Pete went WAY out of his way to help get a stowaway violin from the Alaskan Airlines baggage claim back home to Colorado. My dumb move to leave it on the plane, but he got it picked up, packed, and tracked within a couple hours. We need some dudes like this in the lower 48.

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful even though I had no idea what I was doing. I was looking for something for my boss and because of him my boss it happy! So many thanks to him!!! This place is amazing, you know if you had told me that as a kid “that’s a good box” would be such prevalent thing in my life. 🤯I walked in and was surprised they had every kind of box I could ever want. Double thick! Didn’t know they made that!!!

Excellent customer experience! It's been years since I needed to utilize the services of The Packaging Store. I went in to the store and the customer service I received was outstanding. My packages arrived in two days as promised. The packing was precise and very well done. Everything arrived intact in the same condition as when I dropped it off. When I called to check on the status of the order my call was met with friendly, personal customer service. I would highly recommend The Packaging Store!

Pete went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed up right and secure. Due to covid he was short staffed and handled all my items himself like a champ. I boxed the majority of my belongings delivered them to the store and shipped about 1200 pounds of household goods Anchorage to Portland. Because everything is required to be in a box I had him package my table and chairs, his price was reasonable and he did a great job. SO much cheaper than getting a container since I didn’t have enough to fill an entire 20’ container. I paid the $200 to have it dropped at my driveway in Vancouver WA- totally worth it. My things arrived on time and in great shape, I would highly recommend the packing store for moving things out of Alaska.

Yes. When your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a website address and tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment if available through the carrier.
Our standard turnaround time for domestic shipments is 10-14 business days from pickup to delivery. For our blanket or pad wrap service it ranges from 3 to 10 weeks.
Yes. However, if you pack your own items they are classified as "Packed by Owner" which then can only have declared value coverage for disappearance.
