Walked in the door at 4:45pm on Saturday. I kind of already knew what I wanted, but it turns out the boot I had been looking at didn't fit my specifications. The very helpful man took one quick look at my work boots and found a different pair that fit perfectly. He helped me with the liners and putting in the laces. I was out and paid for in 14 minutes. He even still had me in the system from when I purchased boots there 11 years prior. Top notch customer service! I really appreciate you helping this electrician out at the last minute! The boots are great! Thanks so much. I recommend this store whenever I can.
