Outstanding overall experience. In-store sales representative (Samantha) was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Good price on appliance we purchased. Installers (Jason L. and Eddie) arrived exactly at appointed time and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with our new built-in oven.

We bought a Fisher Paykel refrigerator, over $2500. Items on the top shelf center freeze hard in the refrigerator. They replaced a part but no improvement. Looks like a design problem not a "user problem," as they now describe it. They should have told us that the top shelf refrigerator center was unusable esxcept for items you want to freeze. Warning to anyone looking to buy a Fisher Paykel. Now Allen and Petersen doesn't return calls. Very bad after the sale. Go somewhere else. Now an update: after another 6 weeks of being told the manufacturer would contact us. Which the manufacturer never did. Being passed off from the manager to a sales person after over 4 weeks of no action. Now the repair company is due to schedule a third trip to the house. Looks like Allen and Peterson is trying to drag out the process until the one year warranty expires. We still have a dysfunctional appliance. Who wants frozen eggs? Feels like we have been ripped off Extremely unhappy.

I used to love going to this store and working with their maintenance warehouse. Everyone was very helpful and they always had the best prices in town despite being a very high end shop. Randy was an amazing salesman and knew everything about every appliance ever made and what the pros and cons were for your exact situation, the consummate professional! Now I seem to always run into this girl with a nose ring who is less knowledgeable than I am and can’t seem to help me with anything at all. I’m in my mid 30’s and I show up in jeans and sneakers so I think they assume I’m just window shopping…but I’m building a custom home with a giant kitchen requiring 30k worth of appliances and they treat me like some kid. Now that Covid has created a huge backlog, and they have no inventory, there’s no reason for me to put up with them anymore. I’m buying in the lower 48 and shipping everything up myself, don’t care about their warranty, it’s only as good as their word. Oh and the last delivery they did the guys immediately scratched my new hardwood floors even though I expressly told them not to move anything until I got some floor protectors under the old appliance. Their guys are meat heads and not the professional installers I was told they’d be, can’t imagine trusting these guys to deliver a SubZero and watching them destroy my house and appliances.

Just visited this store looking for stove top and fridge options. The customer service left a lot to be desired. I was helped by Samantha and I’ve never met someone so useless in customer service. She didn’t even attempt to act like she wanted to help us. We were in the market to spend 4-6k, and although that’s not enough to break the bank for them, I will not be giving them my service. Such a shame how bad it was. The one saving grace and extra star was the man (don’t know his name) was helpful and courteous
