Local branch and main branch seemingly don't communicate with each other at all as when I applied online I got a confused call from the local branch regarding my loan application, saying it they received my name and phone number but not the appl itself. Main branch took over a week to "verify" documents and kept asking for the same information that was already provided to them and then went silent, turns out the loan application was rejected but they couldn't even bother to send an e-mail much less call me with the decision even though they were chatty cathys up to that point. Very unprofessional.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!!! They lie and falsely advertise options to you to get your business! They will make it sound amazing, super engaging, and professional to find out what your looking for and to get you options. As soon as your approved for any options, they will rush you thru the closing & signing process, and then never check on you again! They sell "PROTECTION" on your loans, that you may or most likely will not be able to use. They called and emailed frequently upon the initial process and issue of my loan. However, immediately after that I never heard a word! I called when I needed to file a claim on my unemployment insurance, as COV-19 like many robbed me of my job. They made it sound simple and I submitted paperwork requested. However, due to VEC delays from the pandemic I'm expected to make payments until VEC gets caught up, knowing they are 6 + months behind........ I paid for this insurance to ensure my family would make it in these type of situations, and it has gotten me nothing! Even 7+ weeks after losing my job and they aren't offering me any options. They sold me policy protection(s) for quite an extra fee, and the policies don't mean anything when I need them. They don't mind calling knowing my situation asking for a payment either and being completely negligent in helping to get my claim resolved! Getting them paid off will be my biggest blessing! GO SOMEWHERE YOU'RE APPRECIATED, VALUED, & GIVEN REAL OPTIONS! - Even since my post here the office has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP! They have taken numerous payments I've requested them to NOT TAKE! They now claim I'm the only customer they can't receive emails from..... But once again making me do their job to modify my loan. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM OFF PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! LIARS, SCAM ARTIST, ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, ONCE YOUR LOAN GOES THRU THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS, UN PROFESSIONAL, UNEMPATHETIC, AND VERY DEMANDING!

I was told my credit in August was holding me back from loan in August.I downloaded an app to improve it.Knowing my new score I called back to request a small loan.Was denied stating they could not verify income but never ask me to send information for income to be verified like bank statements or etc. I was then sent over to manager who downplayed my career choice telling me her own personal experience years ago doing the same career. I have worked the whole pandemic and am happy about my career choice.You also can make a lot of money doing it by taking on more than one route like I have... This company seems to look for a reason to deny you.At least my credit score is good. Since how I went to them twice that put me in two marks on my credit.I will not ever ask for a loan again from here or anywhere?.. That's why most just tough it out and I will. I wish everyone the best during these times.
