I wish I read the reviews before I came here. What’s the point in making an appointment if they don’t see you anywhere close to when you were scheduled? I had an 8:30 and it’s now nearly 9:00. Some guy next to me had an 8:10 and is also still waiting. Garbage location. Don’t waste your time here.

After reading the reviews I went in there was very low expectations. That was definitely not the case for my situation. From the time I entered till I left everything was great. I had Emil, who was absolutely fantastic! He was very compassionate, gentle and very personable. He knew I was a little stressed and made sure I was in good hands. Thank you Emil for a great experience!

Went in this morning for blood work, asked the phlebotomist to use a butterfly needle and go in my hand, he walked away and another phlebotomist came in, when she asked where they normally stick me, I told her in my hand with a butterfly needle, she got an attitude with me and I told her I had told Emil that that’s what I asked for and she walked away. I told her I would find somewhere to go. This place is ridiculous, not my fault Emil didn’t give her the full information. I will never go back yo this location. They need training in customer service and apparently more training on how to do needle sticks with a butterfly needle in the hand.

The Million Dollar Race

Made an appointment. Checked in on my phone, checked in at the location when prompted to come inside via text. My name never came up on the board as checked in, I check in on my phone and inside at the kiosk. One employee came out and made a snarky remark about masks but didn’t offer anyone one (there was more than one person without one). If you are going to require masks, you need to offer them to paying customers who don’t have one handy in my opinion. There is no receptionist, I couldn’t get ahold of quest over the phone, so my only option to ask why my name wasn’t on the “checked in” board would have been to go behind the closed doors and hunt down an employee. Very poorly ran company with zero to little customer service and all you get is a recording when you call. I would suggest you go somewhere else for blood work or services.
