You shouldn't be able to schedule a glucose test that requires you to sit for an hour, if you close within that hour. Especially when you choose the glucose test option. Rude staff, manager came in and said well we will have to draw 7 minutes before the hour is up because we close. Even though i got there and checked in 15 minutes early, and they didnt come get me until right at appt time. Obviously they can't be bothered with their own mistake on a Friday.

Today could have been a horrible experience due to another guest in the lobby verbally abusing my husband and I, along with other guests in the lobby after me, but the two ladies in the back saved the day. They were absolutely amazing and handled the situation with such respect and care. I can not thank them enough for helping me. These poor workers have to deal with so much out of their control and sometimes they need a little grace & appreciation for all their hard work. Thank you to those two wonderful ladies who helped and took me straight back to avoid sitting around that guest. I wish I would’ve remembered their names! Just want them to know their kindness was more than appreciated.

Due to past challenges, last time the phlebotomist at Quest used a butterfly kit to take blood and it was a fantastic experience. A different phlebotomist this time refused to use the butterfly kit regardless of my history with Quest and deep concerns. I had to get the lab work completed for a doctor appointment so, I receive the only treatment she was willing to provide. Very dissatisfied customer experience.

Dr sent me for bloodwork that needed to be done within 24 hours. They had an available appointment when I got there but by the time I typed in my name and birthday it was gone. The system only showed appointments for a week out. The first lady I had interactions with was extremely rude and nasty. My doctor had to call and speak with management and that's when Bianca came out to get me. She was nice, fast and courteous. A 5 minute blood draw and urinalysis took 50 minutes of waiting and a doctors office to call and repeat same information I had on my order. As a business owner I would never employ the first woman I had to deal with.
